Our store is primarily online based.

We endeavour to provide the best service we can however if there are any enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: info@chineseteaceremonies.com

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3 -5 days for  standard online orders and up to 2 - 3 weeks for special orders to be processed prior to shipping (items are usually made to order thus takes slightly longer)

It is recommended to order dresses at least 2 - 3 months before the tea ceremony date to allow for alterations if required

SHIPPING POLICY

  • 3 - 5 business days for standard delivery to metro locations (VIC, NSW, TAS) once order has been shipped . 
    *Please note due to COVID travel  and government restrictions in Melbourne,  there maybe further delays in shipping times by AusPost*

  • 10 - 14 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory once order has been shipped. 
    *Please note due to COVID travel  and government  restrictions in Melbourne ,
     there maybe further delays in shipping times by AusPost*

  • We are currently only shipping within Australia.

  • Free pick up from our home studio located in Balwyn VIC is available (select at check out). We will email you our address once your order has been packed and processed. 

  • Domestic shipping costs range from $8.95 - $35 depending on items.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Products^ may be refunded/exchanged within 30 days provided returned items are

  • still in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached

  • have not been worn or used

  • Made to Order/Special order items are non refundable

Return shipping costs will be at the expense of customer.

Alternatively you may drop it off at our home studio for free (located in Balwyn, VIC)
