PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard online orders to be processed before shipping. Special or made-to-order items may take 2-3 weeks to process.
SHIPPING POLICY

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days to metro areas (VIC, NSW, TAS) after dispatch.

Express delivery: 3-5 business days tro metro areas after dispatch.

We currently ship only within Australia.

Free pickup is available from our home studio in Wantirna, VIC. Simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll email you the address once your order is ready.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that returned items:

Are in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached

Have not been worn or used
Please note that Made-to-Order and Special Order items are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, you may return items free of charge by dropping them off at our home studio in Wantirna, VIC.
